Limitations

Users have to remember the path of a specific folder since the Zoho CRM to Google Drive extension doesn’t show the path. This can be quite a challenge when there are several folders. 


Inside our Google drive, we can see the folder path. 




Users must remember the path in case of the Zoho CRM to Google Drive extension. Whenever a user selects a folder, the path does not appear.
