Zoho CRM 2 Google Drive - Installation Guide

To install the extension

  1. Go to Setup > Marketplace > All.
    Under this menu, you can find all Zoho CRM supported extensions and all your installed extensions nested under
    ALL EXTENSIONS and INSTALLED EXTENSIONS respectively.

  2. Go to All Extensions, and browse for and click Zoho CRM 2 Google Drive.
    The details about the extension will be available.

  3. Click Install.




  4. In the following screen, check the Allow marketplace vendors to contact me regarding product offers and promotions and click Install.

  5. Click Continue on the following page.

  6. Click “Install for all users” and click Confirm” in the following page.

  7. For the payment options, you can either proceed with instant payment or continue with a 10-day free trial.

  8. Once the payment information is set up, your Zoho CRM 2 Google Drive extension will have successfully been installed !

Google Drive Module Settings  (Authorizing the widget)

Once your widget (The Zoho CRM 2 Google Drive Extension) is installed, the next step is linking your Zoho CRM to your Google Drive by authorising the widget.
  • Click on the Google Drive Settings module from the menu panel.


  1.  Click Authorize 

Email Authorization  

Once Authorise is clicked, the browser will redirect you to log in with a Gmail account.

After logging, click Allow to grant permission to the drive and Please click Continue



Note: If you do not allow read/write permission,
you will be unable to create folders.
 
The browser will then redirect to the following page. Click Next to proceed the process.

On this page, you can select -
1. Google drive folder location
2. You can set the Client Folder Hierarchy



With that, your Setup is all done!

Now, The Zoho CRM 2 Google Drive extension (widget) in all its glory, is ready to start streamlining your Lead & Deal processes, and help cut down on all that tedious admin work!
