Zoho CRM 2 Work Drive - Installation Guide

To install the extension

  1. Go to - Setup > Marketplace > All.

Under this menu, you can find all Zoho CRM supported extensions and all your installed extensions nested under ALL EXTENSIONS and INSTALLED EXTENSIONS respectively.

  1. Go to All Extensions, and search for Zoho CRM 2 Work Drive. Click on it once you find it.

The details about the extension will be available.

  1. Click Install.

  1. In the following screen, check the “Allow marketplace vendors to contact me regarding product offers and promotions” and click Install.

  1. Click Continue on the following page. 

  2. Click “Install for all users” and click “Confirm” on the following page.

  1. For the payment options, you can either proceed with instant payment or continue with a 10-day free trial.

  1. Once the payment information is set up, your Zoho CRM 2 Work Drive extension will have successfully been installed.


Congratulations!!! You have done the installation.  

Now you need to authorize the Zoho Work drive with the plugin to initiate the sync process.

Authorization Process  


To authorize the plugin you have to go to CRM (module) > Work Drive Settings  

Here you have to insert Client Id and Client Secret and click Authorization button



Therefore, you need to go to the Zoho API Console (api-console.zoho.com) and click on Server-based-Applications.

On the next tab, provide a name in the Client Name field. Then, 

insert the link (https://uat.crm2workdrive.saasplugin.com.au/) in the Homepage URL and 

the link (https://uat.crm2workdrive.saasplugin.com.au/oauth2back) in the Authorized Redirects URLs

After that, click the CREATE button. 

Next, go to the Settings tab and check the Use the same QAuth credentials for all data centers box (Although not mandatory)

And turn on every data center. 


Copy the Client ID and Client Secret and paste them into the respective fields. 


Then, hit the Authorize button. 


Once Authorize is clicked, the browser will redirect you to log in with the authorized account.

Click Accept to grant permission to Work Drive.

                                                    If you click Reject, the following pop-up will appear.


The browser will then redirect to the following page. Click Next to proceed with the process.

On this page, you can select -

  1. Work Drive folder location
  2. You can set the Client Folder Hierarchy

With that, your Setup is all done!
