Note:  If your Work Drive account is new and not verified yet, then you have to verify it by following guidelines. 

Go to Work Drive website and click ACCESS ZOHO WORKDRIVE to get in Work Drive account. 

Now, It will ask you to verify the account with your email account by sending a verification email.

After the account verification, a new window will pop up where you have to create a team. Without a Team you will be unable to file management like share, browse. 

To use the Zoho CRM 2 Work Drive extension, you must select the Team folder plan.   

In order to invite the team members, just insert their emails, select the roles, and click Invite Members. 

Once everything is done, you can visit your Work Drive with a welcome message.
