While installing the Zoho CRM 2 GoogleDrive extension, you must authorize your email so that the browser can redirect you to log in with a Gmail account.
In that case, you need to revoke the connection between your CRM and this extension.
When you click the green ‘Authorization’ button, you will be redirected to sign in to your designated Gmail account
Select the Gmail that is associated with the CRM, and then click ‘Continue’
As soon as you click the ‘Continue’ button, the following tab will open
Neither click on ‘Continue’ nor the ‘Cancel’ button. Instead, click on “Google Account”
You will be directed to the following tab that will show the third-party apps having access to your Gmail.
Here, you need to Remove Access to the third-party apps that have access to your Gmail account.
After removing access to the third-party apps, reload the email authorization page. You will notice an option appeared with a Google Drive logo.
Check the option and click on ‘Continue’. This will establish the connection between your CRM and the extension where you will have read/write permission.
You will also get a successful message like the below -
There you go! Now you will have a proper connection with the Zoho CRM 2 GoogleDrive extension having read/write permission.
