Create SMS Template
With this plugin, users can easily create custom templates to send messages in an instant. As a result, they don't need to create messages manually every time. By default, there will be no template. First, he needs to create a template in order to use it. To create a custom template, the user needs to click on the 'Templates' button. As soon as he clicks the button, a template creation page will appear. Once the template is created, it will be available in the drop-down menu.
Step 1: Click on the 'Template' button
Step 2: Click on the “Manage Template” button
Step 3:
“New Template” button:The message field will be enabled by clicking this button
Template Name: Give a name to your Template
Merge Field: You can select a merge field from drop-down list
Message: In the message section, you can Put your desired message
Step 4: Click on the “Save” button to save all the values you given at Step 3
After saving the template successfully, a successful message stating “Template Added Successfully!” will appear.
Use SMS Templates
After adding a new template or updating an existing one, users can use the template to send messages by selecting the template by clicking on the “Use Template” button. The created template can be used for all tickets.
Editing Template
A template message can be edited. After editing text in the “Message” field, changes for the template can be saved by clicking the “Update” button.
Deleting Template
A template can be deleted by selecting the template from the “Select Your Template” dropdown and clicking on the “Delete Template” button. A permission pop-up message will appear stating “Are you sure you want to delete this template?”. Deletion can be confirmed by clicking “Yes”.
