Reply SMS Settings - Zoho Desk 2 Direct SMS

To get the reply SMS, you need to set up a new webhook. A webhook will be triggered when a reply SMS comes through direct SMS and sent to Zoho Desk. Below are the steps to set up a new webhook:

Enter Direct SMS Webhook URL

Go to Configuration > Webhook

Click on the “New Webhook” button

Click on the “Event” (dropdown) > SMS (Dropdown) and Check the “Receive an SMS” box

Paste the copied “Direct SMS Webhook URL”

[You will get the URL from extension’s settings Preference tab]

Add Content Parameters

Inside the Webhooks dashboard, go to -

Configuration > Webhook > Content (may need to scroll down to find it)

Add the following three parameters in the Content section, you can copy the form below.

Parameter key	Parameter value
sourceAddress	$sourceAddress
messageContent	$mtContent
replyContent	$moContent

Click on the “Save Webhook” button

Note: All the parameter name/content names are case sensitive.
