Receive/Reply SMS

Once a client receives an SMS on his mobile, he will be able to reply to that SMS. When the user sends an SMS, it will be marked as "Outbound SMS" whereas when the user receives an SMS; it will be marked as “Inbound SMS” in the conversation record.

Note: Receive SMS requires specific settings (Webhook), if you are not getting any reply SMS please check the settings. If you don’t know about the Settings, please check our knowledge base articles.
