Profile Selection - Zoho CRM 2 Burst SMS
Click the Settings icon inside your Zoho CRM
Then navigate to Marketplace >> All
You will land on the “All Extension” tab, go to the ‘Installed’ tab beside it
Click on ‘Configure’ under “Zoho CRM 2 Burst SMS”
Click on “Change Permission” beside the Permission option
You will notice 2 profiles along with their descriptions. Next, press the “Manage Profile” button
As soon as you press the button, you can select your desired profile
Click ‘Save’ to apply the changes.
