Click the Settings icon inside your Zoho CRM

You will land on the “All Extension” tab, go to the ‘Installed’ tab beside it

Click on “Change Permission” beside the Permission option

You will notice 2 profiles along with their descriptions. Next, press the “Manage Profile” button

As soon as you press the button, you can select your desired profile

Click ‘Save’ to apply the changes.
