Click “Install for all users” and click “Confirm” on the following page.
Please put the portal name here, you will get the portal name in your Zoho Project URL
Portal_Name
Go to your Zoho project portal, copy the marked portion, and paste to the Portal_name field, it’s basically the email address or Zoho project user name.
After accept the data access, you can see the below screen,
Now, copy the auth_link, Paste it to a new tab, and authorize the process with the unique_ Id
After authorization, your installation process will be done.
Note: Please be notified, if you try to authorize more than one time, it will show an error.

Now you have to do following things –
✔ Complete the setup
✔ Configure Project Template List
✔ Create Trigger List
Note : The project name must be a field name of the CRM Deal
Setup
To complete the setup, click on the setup button, you will get the page below.
Select options as per your choice but please be mindful you have to select at least one option you cannot leave the entire field blank.
After selecting options, save the configuration by clicking the Save button.
Project Template Configuration
Click on the “Create Template” button and fill all the fields as per your business needs and save the data.
To create the trigger list, click on create trigger and put the necessary values as per your preference. This form works like Zoho workflow rules, based on the condition you set.
You can add multiple conditions and set the rules as per your business needs. Please save the configuration once done.
Setup Zoho Project Portal |
Now you have to turn ON the Enable Project Budget in Zoho Project
[Zoho Project> Settings> Portal Configuration> Configuration > Project&Budget> Enable Project Budget]
If you select the Budget Threshold in the setup page, then you need to Enable Budget Threshold option in Zoho portal as well.
