Contacts exist in both Zoho and Xero platforms. However, their structure is not the same. In Zoho, Contacts and Accounts are two different modules but they are correleted. If you create a contact in Zoho that has to be assigned to an account in the Zoho Accounts module. On the contrary, Xero is quite straightforward; it has one contact section for all its available contacts. Hence, we have divided Xero contacts into two parts. Information from one part is being saved as an account in the Zoho Accounts module and the other part is being saved as contacts in the Zoho Contacts module.
