How to Use Zoho Inventory 2 WooCommerce

1. Field Mapping

The user will see a list labeled “Zoho Inventory Modules”. The users can select from the Customers, Items, and Sales Orders/Invoices modules.

Users need to map the ‘Customers’, ‘Products’ and “Invoice/Sales Orders” modules one by one with Zoho Inventory to WooCommerce field types.

Zoho Inventory fields are only text/label.
“WooCommerce Field Types” and “WooCommerce Field” are picklists.
The user will have two field type options in “WooCommerce Field Types”, they are “Standard Field” and “Custom Value”

If the user selects the “Standard Field” option, he/she will have a picklist at “WooCommerce Field” for all the fields and select only one value for each field. If the user selects the “Custom Value” option, the user will have a picklist and a text field for a single field.
After selecting the custom value for a field, if the user picks an option from the available options, the option will be displayed on the text field. The user can select more than one value from the picklist if he selects a custom value option and all the values will be displayed in the text box.
Also, the user can type/insert the values in the text box. The text field is highly case-sensitive.

1.1 Mapping of Customer Module

The user needs to configure three modules one by one. Select modules from the “Zoho Inventory Modules” picklist and map with WooCommerce fields.

Always select the WooCommerce "Custom Value" field type for the Contact Name under the Customer module and map with WooCommerce fields.

For a "Custom Value" field type the user can select multiple values from the picklist.
