In order to update Zoho Desk 2 Direct SMS, you need to log into your Zoho account. 

Inside your dashboard, click the settings icon at the top right corner -

Then go to Marketplace > All > Installed Extensions

Then hit the “Update” button to update the extension

Note: If there are no updates, it means you are already using the latest version of Zoho Desk 2 Direct SMS.
