How to install 'Zoho Vault 2 Zoho CRM'

To install the extension

    In CRM, go to Settings -> MarketPlace -> All




Under this menu, you can find all Zoho CRM supported extensions and all your installed extensions nested under ALL

EXTENSIONS and INSTALLED EXTENSIONS respectively.

 

    Go to All Extensions, and browse for and click Zoho Vault 2 Zoho CRM.
The details about the extension will be available.

 

 

    You can go through a free trial or Buy the plugin directly -

 

 

  

  •  In the following screen, check the Allow marketplace vendors to contact me regarding product offers and promotions and click Install.

    Click Continue on the following page.



 Click “Install for all users” and click Confirm” on the following page.


 

By clicking the "Accept" button you allow OscilloVault to access data in your Zoho account.



Once you click on the Accept button you will get the form where you have to fill-up all the fields.



Let’s see where you can get id values - 

Unique ID 

Go to Marketplace > All > Installed > Configure > Unique id


Get a Unique ID from here -

 



Encrypt Key

      To get the Encrypt Key you will need to login to your Zoho vault application, Select a folder (or create a folder) , and create a password. All the passwords shared to you with this plugin will be stored in this folder.

      You will then ‘right-click’ on the page and select the ‘Inspect’ option (alternatively ‘ctrl-shift-i’)

      Once the developer/Inspect mode is open follow the below instructions - 
Go to Sources (top middle) 
-> select ‘js.zohostatic.com’ (left hand bar) 
-> js 
-> lib 
-> main.js
-> search for ‘ciphertext’ (ctrl+f). 
Now select the debugger and add a new password to load all the values successfully. 


Once the debugger is selected, just hover the mouse on Vault.secretkey you can see the value. Now copy the value.

Once you are done with Encrypt key, please remove the debugger selector. 

You will get Encrypt Key Policy id, Secret type id, and Chamber id from the Network section 

Go to Network (right side of source option)

      This data will need to be inputted in the respective fields in the Oscillovault form.

In the “Is Shared” field, make it Yes

      Once the data has been entered, then you will be able to ‘Submit’ 

All done. The Zoho Vault plugin is ready to use now.
