Log into ‘WooCommerce’ with the "Inventory 2 WooCommerce" plugin installed. (URL: https://woocommerce2inventory.saasplugin.com.au/wp-admin/admin.php).
Give username and password and click on the “Log in” button.
Hover the mouse over the ‘WooCommerce’ tab from the left menu bar and click on ‘Settings’ from the right drop-down.
Click on “Zoho Inventory 2 WooCommerce”.
Go to “Zoho Settings”.
Select either ‘Invoices’ or “Sales Order” from “WC Order Sync To”.
Please Note -
Once selected during the Zoho setting, the Invoice or Sales Order module cannot be changed without uninstalling the plugin.
2.1 Go to (https://api-console.zoho.com/). The user will be redirected to a new page where you have to log in using Zoho inventory credentials.
2.2 Click on “ADD Client”.
2.3 Select “Server-based Application”.
Copy the “Home Page URL” without (https) and “Authorised URL”. Then, paste it at 2.4.
2.4 Insert the “Client Name”. Then, paste the “Home Page URL” and “Authorized URL” copied from the earlier step.
After that, hit the ‘Create’ button.
You will get a “Client Id” and “Client Secret”.
Copy and paste them into the respective fields under the “Zoho Settings” tab. Once you are done, click on "Save Changes".
Now, click on “Connect with Zoho”.
Click on ‘Accept’.
You can revoke the connection with Inventory by clicking on “Revoke Access”.
Using the “Notify by Email on Sync Errors” option, you can get a notification if any error occurs.
Don’t forget to hit the “Save Changes” button once everything is done.
Inside your Zoho API Console Settings, check the box and enable all “Data Centres” from
Settings >> Multi-DC
