Direct SMS Template Creation 

Step 1: Go to Template Settings in your CRM

Step 2: Click on ‘Create SMS Template’




Step 3: Click into Generate Custom SMS body.



Step 4: Write the Template Name

Step 5: Select the Module

 Step 6: Write the SMS body and Save it. You can merge the module fields and User fields as well. You can see the preview before save it.
