Blackboard LMS Sync >> Sync Blackboard Data 

These options are -

  1. ALL MODULES MANUAL SYNC - Sync records from Blackboard to CRM for all the defined modules instantly.
  2. MODULE-WISE MANUAL SYNC - Sync records from Blackboard to CRM for a specific module instantly.
  3. AUTO SYNC - Sync records from Blackboard to CRM for all the defined modules automatically every 4 hours.

Sync Data - CRM to Blackboard

Users can only sync Contacts from CRM to Blackboard. For the Contacts module, this extension allows 2-way synchronization.
