By default, you will be able to shorten URLs for the modules according to how they are set on “CRM module fields mapping”. You can only shorten URLs for the designated fields that are set under the CRM module fields mapping section.

However, you can also increase the number of URL or website fields for any module (Leads, Deals, Accounts, Products, and Vendors)

For that, you need to apply the following steps -

1. You need to open the particular module.
2. Then, click on Edit.
3. After that, you need to click on “Edit Page Layout” while the module is in editing mode. 
4. This will open a new window, where you have to drag and drop the URL option from the left sidebar anywhere on the module.
5. Then, name the URL to your preference.
6. Once everything is done, click on either “Save and Close” or the Save button.
   

This will add a new field to insert a URL for the specific module.

If you want to shorten URLs for the additional fields, then you must check the boxes and then click the “Save Settings” button again to apply the changes.
