2. Using the extension through Deals (Creating Deals Folder) - Work Drive Extension

Go to the Deals module and click on your desired Deal.

Just like before, click on “CRM 2 WorkDrive” at the left sidebar of the Deal.

As soon as you click the option, it will load the WorkDrive extension within the selected Deal. 

Click on the “Create Deals Folder” (if no folders are created) to create folders that are associated with the account name in WorkDrive after selecting your preferred template.

Or click on the “Create New Folder” button (if folders are already created) to create 

Similar to Leads, the folder hierarchy will be set by the admin and it will appear both in CRM and WorkDrive. 

Note: In the installation process, we created the above folders respectively for the Deals module. That is why they will appear by default once we click the “Create Deals Folder” button.

The rest of the functions and processes are the same.
