2. Using the extension through Deals (Creating Deals Folder)

Go to the Deals module and click on your desired Deal.



Just like before, click on “CRM 2 Dropbox” at the left sidebar of the Deal.



As soon as you click the option, it will load the Dropbox extension within the selected Deal. 



Click on the “Create Deals Folder” button to create deals folders that are associated with the account name in Dropbox. 


Similar to Leads, the folder hierarchy will be set by the admin and it will appear both in CRM and Dropbox. 



Note: In the installation process, we had created folders A, B, and C respectively for the Deals module. That is why they will appear by default once we click the “Create Deals Folder” button.
The rest of the functions and processes are the same.
