2. Dropbox Module Settings (Authorizing the widget)

Once the installation is complete, the next step is to connect your Zoho CRM to your Dropbox by authorizing the widget.


Click on “Dropbox Settings” from the menu panel.



Click the “Authorize Dropbox” button.


 

Once the button is clicked, the browser will redirect you to the Dropbox web page. You either need to sign in to your existing Dropbox account or create a new one.

 


Once you successfully log into your Dropbox account and allow all the relevant storage permissions, a connection between your CRM and Dropbox will be established.

 


It means you have successfully installed the Zoho CRM 2 Dropbox extension.
