2.0 How to Install
2.1) You can either start your free trial or buy the plugin. Click the button according to your decision.
2.2) Agree with Terms of Services & Privacy Policy of the Vendor and Zoho Marketplace. Then click ‘Install’.
2.3) General Settings
Go to General Settings
Departments – Select all departments to use the extension in all departments.
Profiles – Select all profiles to use the extension in all departments.
Agree to the Terms of Use and then click the ‘Install’ button.
2.4) Authorize your account to activate this extension.
Click on the ‘Accept’ button.
2.5) Once you are authorized, you will be directed to Preference where you will find the followings -
From Number - Insert the Two-way numbers from the integration
Authorization Token - Insert the API Key from the integration
Clickatell Reply Callback URL - Copy and paste this into the Target Address field of the “Reply Callbacks” option.
Clickatell Delivery Report URL - Copy and paste this into the “Enable delivery notifications” option.
