By default, you will land on the “All Extensions” tab. Type “Blackboard LMS for Zoho CRM” in the search box. 

You can either start your free trial or purchase the plugin. Click on the button according to your decision.

Agree to the Terms of Service and agree to the Blackboard LMS for Zoho CRM authorization terms. Then, click on the “Continue” button.

Check “Install for all users” and then click on the “Confirm” button. 

The installation process will begin. Sit back and relax, the process will take some time.

Once the installation is complete, you will be automatically redirected to the “Sync Blackboard Data”, under the “Blackboard LMS Sync” tab.
